Lazy Fitness: Two 2 Minute Abs workouts

The following workouts are taken from ‘s “6 Pack Suicide” series. Both videos cycle twice through a 2 minute set of exercises.

In summary, the routine is:

  • 20 Seconds each exercise, 10 seconds rest in between each exercise.
  • Workout 1: Iron Butterflies, Bicycles, Jack Knives, Roman Twist
  • Workout 2: Iron Butterflies, Leg Circles, Dying Roach, Side Plank Twist
